At what age , can I legally start driving?
You must be at least 16 to get a learner licence and at least 17 to have a P1 licence. If you are under 25, you must hold a learner licence for a minimum period of 12 months before you may progress to a P1 licence. You must be at least 18 to have a P2 licence and 20 to get your full licence.
Is your 1 Hr lesson = 3 Hrs in Log Book?
Yes, learner drivers who complete a one hour structured driving lesson with a fully licenced driving instructor can record three hours driving experience in their Learner Driver Log Book. A maximum of 10 hours of lessons are accepted and recorded as 30 hours in the log book.
How quickly can I learn Car Driving and get my Licence?
Everyone is different. Learning to drive is a step-by-step process and your progress will entirely depend on your ability to absorb the lessons and your existing skills. However, we can promise that, with our structured lesson plans, you will be able to learn driving quicker.
What's the duration of one lesson?
The first driving lesson normally goes for 1 hour and 10 minutes including pick-up and drop-off. All subsequent lessons will be of 1 hour duration. However, the trainer might take another 5 to 10 minutes while giving you feedback on your performance.
Can I use your Car for Driving Test?
Certainly, you can. We lend cars to our students for the driving test at reasonable rates. If you are not our student and just want to hire our trainer's car, you will need to prove that you possess safe driving skills sufficient enough to pass the test. Our trainer can assess your driving skills through an Assessment Test that goes for 30 minutes and will cost you $30 only. This test should be pre-arranged with our trainer at least five days before the test.

Can I learn to drive with my parents / friends or Is it necessary to join a driving school?
Your parents or friends can definitely supervise you while driving, as long as they have got NSW unrestricted driver licence. But being a driver does not mean that they have got skills to train you properly. They will be able to teach you basics of driving and road rules. Moreover, their car won't have dual pedal controls and just imagine, if the car goes out of your control, you might end up in an unwanted situation and loose your confidence in driving.
Our trainers are fully qualified and will cover all aspects of being a safe and confident driver. Our cars are fitted with dual pedal controls and are comprehensively insured for driver training purpose that will keep you safe and focused.
I am 25 yrs old. Do I need to complete Learner Driver Log Book?
If I pass my driving test in an automatic transmission car , am I allowed to drive a manual transmission car?
No. If you are issued with provisional P1 Licence after passing the Driving test, you are restricted to drive in an Automatic transmission cars, if you are tested in one. After you are issued a provisional P2 Licence , this restriction won't apply and you are allowed to drive a manual transmission car also.
I am a new migrant and have got a valid overseas driver licence. Can I drive on my overseas licence?
If you are a new migrant and hold a permanent resident visa, you are allowed to drive in NSW on your current overseas licence for a maximum period of three months after arriving in Australia. You must get (not just apply for) a NSW licence within this three month period, if you wish to continue to drive in NSW.
I am a new migrant and have got a valid overseas driver licence. If I pass driving test in NSW, Will I get full unrestricted NSW driver licence?
If you pass your Driving Test in NSW, the length of time you have held an overseas licence will determine the type of licence that you are eligible to hold in NSW. If you have held your overseas car licence for less than one year, you will only be eligible for a provisional P1 licence.
If you have held your overseas car licence for more than one year but less than three years, you will only be eligible for a provisional P2 licence.
If you have held your overseas car licence for more than three years, you will be eligible for an unrestricted licence.
